Yes, it's definitely priced to sell and below market value. This is an '07 too with the beefier VQ35HR as well so you won't find many '07-08's in this price range. And sorry, I am not parting out anything.
You can find '03-'06's in that price range. Good luck! This is an '07, do your research.
