2007 350Z HR with goodies and only 27K miles! PRICE DROP!!

Description:
Up for sale/trade i have my 2007 Nissan 350Z. I absolutely LOVE this car BUT it is only a 2 seater and sometimes that can be a problem for me which is the only reason im even thinking of getting rid of it.
I bought this car from a 30 year old man in MA who owned it 3 years and only put 11k miles on it, he just stored it in his garage and drove it during the summer when the weather was nice. This car has been VERYY well taken care of, Its NEVER been smoked in. And its only got 29k MILES! Stock low and high beam HIDS!
TRADES:
The only trades I'd like are 03-06 evos NO PROJECTS OR CARS WORTH UNDER WHAT MINE IS.
Motor:
29,xxxMiles
Stock HR motor with 306hp & 268ft lb (The car is VERY quick) it has alot of torque
Tranny:
Stock 6 speed manual tranny, shifts awesome
Interior:
Stock black cloth interior is FLAWLESS everything looks new
Aftermarket add ons:
The car has iForged Specialty Rims, the wheels were 4,200$ ALONE, Rear has 4 inch lip and front has 2 inch lip. They are polished aluminum and 3 of the wheels have MINOR curb scratches. The tires cost 1300$
TOMTOM GPS unit newly updated
Viper alarm system model 5901 with electronic keypad and a one mile range. It has remote start, it can be used as a turbo timer, rolls windows up and down, tilt sensor, there are sooo many functions this alarm system does and i still havnt figured all of them out, i have the original viper box and paperwork with it.
The car has been lowered and i honestly forget the name of the springs i know they are good name brand but i havnt been able to get a chance to look and see what brand they are but the car rides and handles AMAZING!
Passport 8500 Radar detector works up to a mile and a half away 350$ value, works great.
The car will also come with the STOCK wheels, and the tires have 85% tread left!

I know somebody wants this car, there's 7000$ worth of ad ons and the KBB is 20,900$ somebody shoot me a serious offer no lowballing
