Description:

I have for sale a 2006 Infiniti M45 that I bought I after I sold my Evo. The car is in amazing conditions inside and out. The car has almost every option that was available during that time, from back up camera, to cooled/heat seats, navigation system, Boss sound system, push start button and many more. I will provide VIN number to serious buyers only. Please keep negative comments to your self. I'm not looking for trades, so that means that I don't want your EG/Ek with 1000whp. Feel free to call me for more details. According to KBB this car is still worth over 20k in good conditions. My price is flexible, so don't be scared, worst I can say is "NO".

Does it have a rebuilt title or was it washed? Title cant be clean if it was salvaged

Title should be marked salvage. With that said the cara value should be reasonably less.

Normally when a title is salveged, it says salvage on it. In my case there is nothing in title that is marked as salvaged. It looks like a normal clean title.

The title is not marked as salvaged. The price is OBO and if you look at the value of the car, still over 20k. All offers will considered. I'm willing the negotiate the price with serious buyers. Remember money talks and I'm not expecting to get my full asking price.

Sorry I forgot to mention that. The car was involved in an accident. The had front damaged on the driver side. The car had a busted head light, fender and front bumper. Honestly the damaged was little. The car had NO frame damage.

No. A title will state REBUILT, RECONSTRUCTED, OR X-SALV (If it a MD title) if it has had prior salvage history.

A salvage title (or certificate) is not a registerable title in any state until it has been repaired and issued a new title.

That is not to say there is anything wrong with a Branded title car. Car looks to have been well repaired. Nice deal.

Thanks. I will take a picture of the title when I get home, so that people can see. The damaged wasn't that much and the repaired looks good. The scrape was thanks to the wife. As I said I'm willing to work on the price.

Certain cars can be deemed a total-loss yet still have a clean title; based on the amount of damage. It will have salvage history because of the total loss, but the car is never actually salvage titled, and doesn't even have to be inspected once repaired.

I'm thinking that is the case with this one, unless the title says repaired/rebuilt on it(but still looks like a regular VA title). You can go to auto auctions and find some banged up cars from banks, etc; and they will have total-loss history but clean titles that don't require a salvage inspection, etc. Hope that clears up some information floating around in this thread.

Judging from this statement, I doubt it was a clean title with salvage history. But who knows...

You work at a dealer now?
