2005 Subaru WRX STi

Description:
Im contemplating on selling my STi. I bought this car in January of 2010 as a rolling shell with a blown motor. The shell has 208k currently. The motor has about 50k on the motor.
The Motor consists of the following:
2008 STi spec short block
2008 STi Oil Pump
Gates Timing Belt with new idlers, tensiors, and water pump
OEM Gasket Set
ARP Head Studs
5 angle valve job, valve lash set, and port and polish
Invidia Up-Pipe
HKS Catless Downpipe
VF43 2007 STi Turbo (coated)
Gimmick Motorsports Turbo Inlet
SPT Short Ram Intake
Psuedo 3" Cat Back Exhaust (eBay)
TurboXS Big Top Mount Intercooler
TurboXS 50/50 BOV (currently atomspheric)
Cobb 27mm Rear Sway Bar with Stout Mounts
H&R Race Springs on rebuilt STi struts with Zerk fittings (to prevent strut clunk)
Door Cards are wrapped in Navy Digi Camo Fabric
Car is tuned on UTEC by Kienan at All Aspects, was tuned in late July and made 305hp/335tq
THE BAD: Car needs rear wheel bearings. The rear diff does whine. I have been meticulous with fluid changes in the car, but the whine comes with the mileage on the car. The whine doesnt affect driveability.
