2004 WRX with fresh Sti rebuild

Description: Its a 2004 wrx. I have owned the car for 5 years and It has a fresh Hybrid build and will show any pictures and give list of all that went into the motor. Odometer reads 67,000 miles most of which I have put on the car. Car is the premium with heated seats, fog lights and all that good stuff and it is a 5spd. Reason Im debating selling is Ive wanted to change cars recently and have another kid on the way. The Ej257 shortblock is from an 07 sti pulled with 5k miles and has approx. 2200 miles on the fresh build and it uns great and will be tuned soon unless buyer wants to do it at their discretion. also coming with the car is an uninstalled apexi turbo timer. Aftermarket is as follows. Looking to get 12,500 but entertaining offers and will make up the difference if need be.
Exterior: Seibon Carbon Fiber Hood (Hood is in great shape but there is some fading and a crack in the clearcoat and also comes with the oem hood.
Sti Splitters
Sti Fog Covers
Sti Wing w/ debadged rear
Painted WRX Sides but could use a repaint
Painted Headlights (pulled and done about 11 months ago)
Also the gold rotas are gone and sold and I have oem wrx wheels back on just for the winter, was planning on buying a new set if the car isnt sold.
and also sold lip. Will text recent pictures If wanted.
Engine: Cobb ap with stage 2 flashed 93 map
Invidia Catless Downpipe
The Injen Short Ram intake is gone and replaced with a cobb sri.
HKS Hi-power Catback
Invidia Uppipe
Hybrid build with approx 2200 miles on build, oem sti block with 5k miles, brand new timing belt, brand new clutch and flywheel, brand new oil pump, new water pump. Cosworth headgaskets, Brand new oem headbolts, heads were cleaned, machines, valves reseated and re-assembled.
Suspension: Tein S-techs
Interior: Momo Shift knob
Autometer Boost gauge

Please do I love this car but the newer sedans or hatch would be more practical for me now.
