2001 Integra GSR 45k Original Miles

Exceptions: Not looking for another Honda except an S2000. Thanks, but looking for something different.
NOTE: I'm willing to throw in up to $4,000 cash on top of the trade, if needed, or trade for a car+cash.
Description: I bought this Integra around 1.5 years ago off of here, but now I'm looking for something different. It's been a reliable daily driver for me, so I'm in no rush to get rid of it. It's got no engine problems, so it'll be a great daily for someone else, or could easily be built because of the low mileage- no engine issues to worry about.
Details:
Mileage: ~45,000 original miles, going up daily driving to and from ODU
Exterior: Paint is good quality, except for several nicks on the front bumper, and a couple on the back. They're all not easily noticeable until you get close. Both side view mirrors have small areas where the paint was scraped, from the previous owner. Easily painted over. The front left corner panel is bent somewhat, so it doesn't meet perfectly with the front bumper.
Interior: Leather seats are in fantastic condition, stock radio, most everything looks good.
Title: Clean, no accidents.
Modifications: Only mod is an AEM V2 CAI, installed at 39k miles. Will include the stock intake system, if you want to put that in and sell the CAI.
