2001 Honda S2000 CHEAP!!
 

First off, let me start by stating, this car has a rebuilt title. There is absolutely no problem titling the car or getting insurance, and it's been repaired and inspected and doesn't have a problem.

Mechanically, this car is super ok. I've never had a single problem with the car in the 8 months I've had it. I am about to replace the throw out bearing, and I might possibly through a new clutch in also, depends on my money situation here shortly.

Either way, here is some info.

*Spoon Sports header
*Spoon Sports catalytic converter
*AEM intake
*Bigger throttle body (I believe it's 80mm, not 100% sure but I will find out)
*AP2 full exhaust with AP2 exhaust tips
Exterior mods:
*OEM Hardtop
*Airwalker front lip
*C-West sideskirts (not isntalled)
*C-West rear pieces (not installed)
Suspension mods:
*Newer shocks from an 03 with 42k miles
*Tein S-Tech springs

The car also has a short throw shifter, and aftermarket headunit installed.

THE CONS:

First off, as stated, the car has a rebuilt title. With that said, the bodywork is far from perfect. The softtop has the plastic rear window, which is cracked in a few places. The frame on the softtop is also bent, which makes it not line up perfect. It still closes and latches without a problem, so riding with the top down is never a problem, you just get some extra wind noise if you put just the soft top up.

Secondly, since I've had the car, it's been bumped on 3 seperate occasions. There is now a dent in the door, a crack in the front bumper, and some scuffs on the rear bumper where it meets the quarter panel on the passenger side. There are some other body lines that are slightly off, not because the chassis of the car is twisted, but simply because the body work performed when it was rebuilt was not the best. I do, however, have a Berlina Black front bumper and OEM style urethane front lip that will be sold with the car.

THE PROS:

As stated, mechanically, the car is butter. The oil is changed on time, the maintenance has all been performed, and the car runs great. Plus, it's cheap :)

Not parting the hardtop unless I have a buyer for just the car. Other parts are possibly negotiable.

I have no idea how bad the accident was, seeing as I didn't own the car when it happened.

Mileage is 105,xxx

I also forgot to state, the car has a lifetime warranty that I'm almost certain is transferable.

And I may be interested in trade for a bike plus cash, depending on year/make/miles/how much cash.
