2001 EM2 (CIVIC EX)
SOLDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
it has almost 97,000 on the engine and body. The Transmission's input shaft bearing was replaced at 50K by Hall Honda due to a common problem the 7th gen's had (will discuss upon request).
Mods: AEM Cold Air intake (will include K&N filter cleaner), DC Sports Header, [i]Apex-i World Sports Exhaust (nice throaty exhaust tone), Gold line springs (brand new OEM struts in the front (april 2007) , and Revo Short Shifter with Aluminum ITR Shift Knob. (all parts we're installed during my senior year of HS (2003-2004) but the car still sounds well. no rust on the exterior or the piping. car run's and drive nice. fun ride and is excellent on gas mileage. Obviously, the suspensions been altered so the ride is a little rough, but with a 55 tire you should be fine. (205.50.15's on there now) roughly i average between 32 and 40 mpg on 87octane. car has a nice throaty sound. none of the fartpipe bullshit.
i purchased this vehicle with 20k back in 2003 so this car has really grown on me so to speak in the last 4 years. there have been a few repairs made o the car (*alternator and new front struts apr 2007. *transmission work dec 2005. are the few major ones. ) all of which were done by honda and i have receipts to vouch for. the car was in one fender bender which was involved on the passenger side of the vehicle. the repairs we're made ( not 100% sure on the location but i know i have receipts in my file folder.
this car runs mechanically smooth. i just had the alignment done last week at bert's alignment on the blvd.
Engine
-AEM Cold Air Intake (red)
-DC Sports Header
-Apex-i World Sports Cat Back Exhaust
Suspension
-Goldline Springs (1.5" drop in front and 1.25" in rear. sit's nice)
-Brand New OEM Struts in the front (4/07)
Interior
-OEM Floor Mats
-REVO Short Shift with Alum. Knob
-Supro Air/Fuel Gauge
i'm getting it detailed by a professional before the end of next week to have the car in the nicest shape possible. overall, i would give it a 7/10. :Done!
interior has a few burns (i'm an ex-smoker ) but the fabric isn't stained and the floor mats are roughly 3years old but have decent wear on them.
blue book says roughly $8,425 for perfect condition, granted, post clean up the car should be in good clean condition. so i'll start the "bid"
at $6950. the price is of course neg. and i am willing to compromise a little. i'm just a college student finishing up school and i need the money so i can start paying off my new car :-p.
757 676 9631[feel free to call me. i do not come on here very often but you can reach me at that cellular number or we can schedule to meet at my work (i bus tables at cheesecake factory on the blvd and we can meet in the parking deck)
my dad's 5er is not for sale!!!!

Re: 2001 EM2 (CIVIC EX)
bump. price drop. 7000 OBO.
car was just professionally buffed, waxed (pneumatic buffer), and the interior was stripped and cleaned. payed $160 bucks to have it done. car looks great now, with the exception of last nites storm, kinda kicked up dust and shit.
back right tire was just replaced on 8/10/07 due to a puncture through the firewall. (205.50.15 kuhmo ecsta ASX) purchased and installed at treadquarters on mt. pleasant and centerville.
