1999 Subaru Forester - 5 Speed

1999 Subaru Forester - 5 speed
Front and rear brakes just replaced
Head gasket, water pump, timing belt, clutch and exhaust recently replaced
Has an exhaust leak at the moment. May or may not have it fixed by time of sale (just needs gaskets at the headers and at the mid section, but I need time which is much harder to come by).
It does throw a downstream o2 sensor code occasionally as well, possibly due to the loss of airflow past the o2 sensor from the exhaust leaks or might need a new o2 sensor.
