Description:
This is a mostly stock 1998 Kouki with 186,000 miles. It's an SE so it has power windows, power locks, power mirrors, power sun/moon roof, and 5 lug hubs. Its also a 5-speed. It had a spoiler on it but the previous owner took it off and i was never able to get it. I bought this thing a couple months back from a family friend. When i got it, i pulled the motor and trans and put an Exedy stock replacement clutch in it. Upon putting it back in, i had trouble getting the coolant system bled so i replaced the water pump and thermostat.
GOOD:
-Engine runs good and pulls good. Transmission shifts through all the gears good
-Frame and body are straight with no rust (minus the typical rust under the battery tray, not too bad though)
-all power options work
-it has KYB struts with lowering springs
-350z wheels
-Interior is complete however slightly faded
-new clutch, water pump and thermostat
BAD:
-Exhaust leak between header and downpipe
-dash is cracked
-needs tires (have a couple to include with sale)
-there is some bondo on the right rear quarter that is cracked
-"service engine soon" light is on (ill get it checked and update) **UPDATE: CEL is due to a faulty knock sensor
Iv'e decided to sell it because i have too many projects going on right now and i would rather just have the money. The price is FIRM. I'm looking for $4000 cash money.
