1997 Subaru Legacy LSI AWD auto trans AC

Description: I have a 1997 Subaru legacy LSI, forest green, Power lock, Windows, Moon Roof, Steering, AC (Blows COLD), Cruise Control, ABS, Auto Trans, All wheel drive, Tinted windows, Alpine Stereo (late 2011 model) , Leather interior (needs love! but only minor tares), 16" WRX wheels with 30% tires all around, Change oil every 3k. I just did a tune up on it including: Fuel filter (napa), Spark plugs (NGK), Wires (napa), Air Filter (napa), Alternator belt (Napa). The car runs great, and drives great. The only issue i have with it is the check engine light is on and the code is for EGR which i dont know anything about on it. The car right now has less than 100,000 miles on the motor it was replaced by mechanic December of 2010. the engine had 78k miles on it and had The following work done prior to installation for preventative measure:
Timing belt and all pulleys, Head gaskets (both sides) water pump, Rear and front main seals, valve cover gaskets (did not do grommets for some reason), intake and exhaust manifold gaskets. The car has a small leak on the valve cover but is very slow leak ( i think it must be from grommets that were not replaced).
I dont drive the car often which is why it has few miles and is being sold.
The car has some front end cosmetic damage from a collision with a deer but everything still functions fine... to get it back to good shape, it will need a hood, front bumper, grille, and driver side finder. The fog lights are still on the car but have been covered because they look bad and wouldn't pass inspection unless covered.

I would like to get 3800 OBO or trade for something that is 2 or 4 door, has AC, and gets 30+ MPG
I did a KBB search on the car with 100k on the motor and they suggest $4,180.00 for a car in fair condition, Id give this car just above fair considering mileage on motor is significantly less than 100k and has lots of routine parts recently replaced.
