1996 Milano Red Civic CX hatch - B20B - 5 lug - Backyard Special
Up for sale is my beloved EK hatch. This car is truly my dream honda, it has everything on it that I could've ever hoped for, and I'm a fool for doing this, but life's tough.
Here we go..
Exterior
- Needless to say, it has a 99-00 front end.
- FRESH, literally one week old MR paintjob. It looks fantastic, and there is no overspray.
- Backyard Special front bumper. There are 4 of these, including mine, in the state of Virginia that I have even heard of. This is the only authentic one that I have ever seen in person. Anyone that knows what this is knows how difficult they are to attain.
- CTR rear lip
- CTR red "H" rear emblem
- Nice CF duckbill
Interior
- black F1 Spec seats
- Integra shift knob
Suspension/Brakes
- Full CTR 5-lug converion
- Skunk2 sport struts all around
- Skunk2 adjustable coilover sleeves in front
- Skunk2 sport springs in rear
- ASR subframe brace
- Blox rear LCAs
- Spoon Sports front strut tower brace
Engine
- FRESH B20B from Makoto engines in Chesapeake (still under warranty, can provide documentation)
- LS tranny, no grinds
- SRI
- Nitrite-coated Tri-Y header
- Buddy Club Spec II exhaust
- Edelbrock Victor X throttlebody
- adjustable FPR
- Full Innovative street mounts
There is probably more that I am forgetting, I will add more as necessary. Now, because I am a good guy, I will list the very few flaws of this car.
- Needs one wheel stud in the back
- The hood has very light dings in it, looks to be from hail, the reason I never replaced it before paint was because I was planning to get a CF or Carbon Kevlar hood anyway.
- The radio (a nice Pioneer head unit) seems to have a bad connection and works like half of the time, I'm fairly sure the rough suspension knocked it loose. As loud as this car is, I never really listen to the radio when I drive it anyway.
And that's it. I was planning on keeping this car forever. I'm in the military and I'm leaving in less than 2 months for a while, and I don't want to put this car through all the traveling and such that I will have to do, and worry about it getting damaged or stolen. Unfortunately the only way I can afford a down payment on something else right now is to sell this car.
NOT LOOKING FOR TRADES, unless you have an ITR or an 00-01 S2000.

This car is easily worth 9k if I had the time, but since I don't, I'll take

*I will not part the bumper or the seats from the vehicle unless I have a buyer for the car that does not want them, OR you are willing to pay me straight, no bullshit cash and have stock replacement parts.
