1995 Acura Integra GSR

First off I do not need to sell this car, I am just busy and do not really have time to work on it.
The motor was rebuilt with all oem parts almost 1 year ago by a local guy who does great work. I daily drove this car till about 3 months ago when I boosted it on 9lbs, I put about 600 miles on it using a shitty street tune until I noticed it smoking. I did a compression test and saw cylinder #4 was low (around 80psi). All others where about 220-225. I am pretty sure I blew a ring but you never know until the motor is apart. The car still starts and runs. The car has not been driven since I found out. Test drives will be limited because of this. Car has a clean carfax, vin can be provided. The bank has the title so buyer will have the wait untill it is paid off. Towing can be arranged.

16inch Rota Slipstreams in fair condition
Nitto Neogens with about 95% tread life

ENGINE:
Rebuilt B18C1 using all OEM honda parts (every bearing, seal and gasket where replaced)
crank was micro polished, head was resufaced, with new head bolts and headgasket)
New timing belt and water pump where installed when rebuilt
Motor has around 8,xxx miles on it
New driver side motor and touqe mount (OEM Honda)
Moroso oil pan
First gen Skunk2 intake manifold
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
New fuel filter

Half size rad with slim fan

No name stainless steel header with 2.5inch flange

THE BAD:
Bad is faded really bad on hood, roof and trunk lid
Big dent on tail light filler panel
Rides kinda rough
No radio or clock (both where deleted with OEM blockoff plates)

Testpipe is too long causeing the midpipe to rattle the car
