1994 Mazda Miata R
SOLD
Description: Up for sale is my 1994 Mazda Miata R package. The R package came from the factory with no power or luxury accessories with the exception of air conditioning in an effort to keep weight down, as well as the rear lip wing and front and rear bumper lips. The car is in overall great condition for its age but of course has some minor issues just like any 17 year old car. I have a good amount of mods done to it as well as lots of regular maintenance parts, some of which were replaced only months ago. All normal tune up procedures and such are completed regularly. The car starts up and runs great, its super reliable (I have never had any issues with breakdowns of any kind or not being able to pass inspection or anything) and gets great gas mileage as well. Here is some more specific info on the car:
Basic Info:
1994 Mazda Miata R package
139,xxx original miles (daily driven so miles will go up)
Red exterior
Black interior
5 speed transmission
Inspection valid thru 03/2012
Engine:
Racing Beat plug wires
Timing belt (2008)
Water pump (2008)
Enthuza sport catback exhaust
New OEM mazda battery (Jan 2011)
Suspension:
Koni yellow 5-way adjustable shocks all the way around
Stock R package springs
Racing Beat front and rear sway bars
No name upper Strut Tower Brace
Racing Beat lower strut brace
Wheels/tires/brakes:
Konig 15x6 ultralite wheels
New primewell pz900 205/50R15 tires (Jan 2011)
SS brake lines
Pads and rotors (2008)
Exterior:
New windshield (jan 2008)
1999 spec top with glass window
5 year old paint job
Interior:
Vodoo shift knob and trim ring
Sparco leather shift boot
2001 spec seats
Leather arm rest pad
Momo steering wheel
The bad:
Original radio works *some*times (I think its just a lose ground, which is an easy fix)
AC works really well except when it is VERY hot out. Then it cuts in an out. It may be low on freon or have a bad expansion valve or something, I'm not really sure. Also, condensation leaks into the cabin on the passenger's side floor board a little for whatever reason.
The top leaks just a LITTLE under heavy rain.
small dings and such are present here and there of course.
