I have a 1991 240 for trade with 65k original miles on the body..somewhere around 40k on the bottom end and just had the head SEMI built and lots more where that came from and yes i DO have receipts.
The good:has very low miles on the body,no dents,fair interior and a tons of new parts. i will list all of the parts below.
New parts
-AEM standalone EMS-$1400
-3 bar map-$110
-custom air intake-$80
-boost by gear option on AEM-$120
-880 sard injectors-$650
-megan turbo manifold-$200
-GT2871RS TURBO-$1200
-BC stage 2 turbo cams-$315
-BC valvesprings & retainers-$245
-new shims
-new timing chain
non new parts:
-10k HIDS
-18IN adr design wheels with 3'' lip
-lowered on unknown lowering springs
-body kit with wing
-OBX 3'' exhaust
The bad:somewhere along the lines on the dyno or shortly after on the test runs the car started smoking and i could hear a slight knock i found out that it is a wrist pin that is loose and the piston ring on cylnder #3 is fried so it smokes and knocks and has significantly ower compression
Summary:all of the good things pretty much make up for the bad things on this car, all you would have to do is swap my head,turbo and ecu (which are all new) and slap them onto another sr bottom end and you would have a 10 second 240.
trades eg hatch's and ek coupes preferrably but i am really open to any hondas/acuras get@me must be 5spd with power steering i really dont care about a/c
