1990 Mazda Miatard
SOLD
Name: Pierce Ford
Location: North Chesterfield
Means of contact: PM or text: 804-two one eight-5117
Price: Trying to get $500
Description: It's MOSTLY a Miata... Yes it was for sale here previously. Yes, I was dumb enough to pick it up the first time. Now it's YOUR turn.
Got it in several pieces, started putting it back together, but project cars are apparently not my thing. Brand new throw out bearing, brand new DeutschWerks fuel pump (never installed), "looped" power steering delete, comes with several boxes of parts. Can also include Z32 headlights, if desired (OEM pop-ups are included). Several boxes of parts will come with it, mostly OEM stuff that was removed when disassembled - includes a full second set of recently used brakes and parking brake cables, a spare intake manifold with fuel rail and injectors, and a second trunk lid. I can also include the three piece fiberglass deck cover for the right price (see photos), I believe it is either a Racing Beat cover, or a replica of the one that racing beat makes.
The story goes, the car was torn down at a "speed shop" that went out of business a LOONNNGG time ago. It got shuffled around a bunch, ended up in my garage, was going to "put it back together to wreck it," but I've lost all desire to continue working on it, and I'd rather have a motorcycle.
The engine does turn over, but the fuel pump seized up and I never got any further than that. Once again, this DOES NOT RUN.
Here's what you're all really here for, the pictures:

Re: 1990 Mazda Miatard
There isn't $300 worth of scrap there... It's a miata and half of the steel has been replaced with that god awful fiberglass "thing".
Not to mention I'm a ride from you. Let's be real here it will never run again. It's a decent candidate for a part out.
It's not worth more than $200 to me. I'll sit in the parts for awhile before they sell.
If not crush it makes no difference to me.

I'll give you $300 for that shitbox. It looks like it could still be an Exocet shell and it gives me an extra set of z32 headlights.

If you were closer and I didn't have to deal with towing it 1 1/2hrs I'd give you $500.
