1990 Lexus LS400 in Great Condition

Details: I am selling a 1990 Lexus LS400, with 149,786 Miles, Power Everything and Everything Works.
4.0L V8
Automatic 3 speed transmission with overdrive
Power driver and passenger seats
Power windows
Power door locks with Remote entry
Power Sunroof
Temperature controlled AC/Heat
6 CD player (in trunk)
Repairs/Service since ownership:
A/C Rebuilt and Converted to R134a (Rebuilt Compressor, New Receiver/Dyer, New Expansion Pressure Regulator, New Expansion Valve, all O rings replaced, New R134a Adaptors and Speed Control Power Transistor).
New Power Rack and Pinion.
150,000 Mile service (Transmission: Fluid flush, New Filter, New Gasket and Refilled with Fresh Fluid, Engine Coolant Flush and Refilled with Fresh Coolant, Brake Fluid Flush and Refilled with New Brake fluid, New rear differential fluid).
Yearly State Inspections (current state inspection expires Sep 2009)
Oil Changed every 3,000 Miles.
Tires Balanced and Rotated every 6, 000 Miles.
Service Records: Have a folder full of service records but, as 4th owner cannot state I have all.
AGAIN NO TRADES PERIOD, SO DON'T ASK
NOTE: Mileage will be slighter higher; this is my daughter's daily driver.
Exterior Condition: Overall OK, some scratches and on the trunk lid has a rust spot.
Interior Condition: Perfect (Just remember it is 18 Years Old)
