1990 Honda Accord EX, H22A swap. Look $1000
Vehicle: 1990 Honda Accord EX Coupe
Where: Newport News, VA
Mileage:200k, tranny and motor 90k
Price: 1000 obo
Alright, this was my project car for a while now, but with school and work and without a garage I had no time to finish it. I am just done with messing with it and I am getting rid of a bunch of cars for tuition money.
The car has power everything and a sunroof that works flawlessly!
The car will not hold idle and it runs rough. It will die if you dont hold the throttle. I bought the car with one known issue of the tranny being toast, I replaced the tranny. We tried to start the car and it ran like shit, thinking it was a timing issue we took off the head and check it, the head is fine and so is the bottom end. We put it back together and it still ran rough so it has to be a sensor of some sort.
What it will need to run:
New battery
Driver side motor mount needs to be hooked back up
Diagnostics & repair of idle and roughness
Header & down pipe need to be installed
No AC, PS, CC. The interior is also gutted, with just front seats, dash and center console.
Motor:
JDM H22A
Megan Header
AEM intake
MSD Blaster coil 2
OBD0 - OBD1 conversion
Phearable.net p28 w/ 2 step launch control
Magnaflow 2 1/2inch exhaust with resonator and muffler.
Custom 2 1/2inch collector on stock DP
New head gasket/intake manifold gasket
New OEM timing belt
New OEM water pump
Suspension:
Stock suspension
Needs new tires
Tranny:
OEM clutch
H23A tranny
8lb Fidanza flywheel
Body:
Black housing headlights
Rust on 1/4 panels
Scratches here and there
Over spray from someone trying to paint side moldings
