* Description: Gauging interest on this one. I will sell if I get a reasonable offer, as I need the money.

The original FS thread for this car can be found here: https://www.vadriven.com/forums/impo...rtible-417545/

Yeah, I know. It says right there in the old thread that I'll be keeping it if I swap in a good engine. Well guess what. I just finished the swap like two weeks ago, and here it is for sale. Bite me. I need money, and the woman can't understand why I need three RX-7's. The car is very clean, needs to be washed, and there is a little rust under the drivers door trim. Otherwise, the only blemish is what looks to be like a soft baseball dent on the hood. Black exterior, Charcoal interior. Power top works great, everything works great. Even the heat. Honestly, I haven't tested the A/C in it yet, so dunno if that works or not.

The car is an 88, I got it with blown coolant seals, swapped in an engine from a BASE model 87 that was wrecked. Unsure of the mileage at the moment, but I will get that ASAP. Runs great, sounds great, no problems, other than the transmission shifter bushings are DEAD, so there is a MCT of shifter slop. Has a brand new clutch, compression plate, throw out bearing and pilot bearing that were put in when the engine was out. Of course it has brand new coolant and oil too. Transmission fluid is also brand new, as it all accidentally drained out when I was towing it.

I really want to keep this, but it honestly needs to go. I was going to slam it and just cruise around this summer, but my priorities have changed. Come take this away from me before I change my mind again.

Currently the car is in Mechanicsville. It will be in Chesterfield (where I live) after this weekend.

* Price: $2000 OBO

Just a couple for now. Sorry.
