I appreciate that you're saying it's state legal, but if you're in VA why isn't there a front plate or registration sticker?

its titled under my business name. but not registered...
this is like buying a car from a private dealer.
IF the buyer is serious I can get the car inspected and show proof of VA title for this rx-7
