1985 Corolla GTS Coupe AE86
Name: Andy
Location: Chesapeake
Means of contact: text 7574090029 or PM
Price: $5,000 OBO
Description: 1985 Corolla GTS coupe - AE86.
- Car is in good running condition!
- 155,xxx original miles.
- I am the second owner.
- Car looks rough on the outside, because I started sanding it for paint, but never had the time to finish.
- Complete Interior. front driver seat is torn up, but rest is fine
- clean title
Has tokico adjustable shocks all around around with rare TRD japan race springs(8kg) front springs and swift(6kg) rear springs -can put stock suspension back on to knock some off the cost. Has JDM taillights - original tail lights included. Brakes need bleeding, which I will do myself before its sold. Car has exhaust, but will most likely put a stock one on before I sell it unless the price is right. no major rust, just light surface rust from where I had sanded it down and some on the fender.
$5000 - OBO! Only trades I'm really considering are clean e36s

Haven't you seen Initial D final stage ep 1 & 2? Takumi's toughest rival Shinji Kun drives a GTS coupe. 5k is cheap for the amount of show time this car is seeing.

Re: 1985 Corolla GTS Coupe AE86
Aside from initial d, the AE86 does have a lot of racing history and has a legacy. $5,000 is not a lot of money. Take for example the E30 M3, they are going for up words of $15,000 for high mileage examples and $30,000 for clean examples, not comparing the car to an E30 M3 by any means, but the value of this car is because its rare and has a racing legacy. People could go get a new powerful M3 for that amount. The AE86 has a lot of history and whether or not its 25 years old, its has a legacy behind it. My price has nothing to do with drift tax or initial d. if you don't like the price buy a 240sx, or how about a civic, yeahhhh im sure those will be classics
