Name: Eric
Location: Hopewell/Colonial Heights
Means of contact: 804 895 5870
Price: $ 1000 and pretty firm, might be interested in partial trades for a nice set of 17 or 18 inch wheels and tires that will fit on a MK4 VW Jetta 5x100 lug pattern, or other VW stuff.
Description: 1976 Datsan 620 pickup. 4 cylinder 2.0 sohc motor with 3 speed auto trans.
Weber carb swap.
Notched rear frame.
Two in drop blocks in rear and some pulled leaves.
Cranked the torsion bars down in the front.
New shocks all the way around, plus new air shocks for the rear that are not installed.
New brakes all around as well, its 4 wheel drum.
New Brake Master cylinder.
Spun aluminum fuel cell/tank.
Good tires.
Current inspection.
Runs good, drives like a lowered truck.
Very little rust, just a spot on the fender, drivers floor has been fixed, bed, cab corners, rockers and frame are soild.
NEEDS, muffler and radiator. It smokes every once and a while. Interior isn't its strong point. Its basically all original.
Pictures:
Notches welded, before undercoating the frame.
