02 Lancer OZ Rally
Name: Kenny
Location: Staunton
Means of contact: PM
Price: $4,800
Description: I'm posting my 02 Lancer oz Rally for trade because I need a truck mainly looking for 97 & up ford f150 or 250, 96 & Toyota, 96 & Chevy and most be ex-cab, I will also trade for 97 & Honda Prelude or a very nice 99 & up civic ex.
Info on the Lancer... I recently got this car from my mom because the clutch went out so I traded her my daily driver for it. I have since replaced the clutch along with many other parts with brand new parts. She had this car since 04 and she never had a minutes problem with it until the clutch issue which turned out to be a failed slave cylinder. Car has been well maintained and is very dependable, since the car has been fixed I've put 3k miles on it and made several trips to Richmond & Lake Gaston without any issues whatsoever. I'm an honest person and I can honestly say this car needs nothing!!! I welcome you to bring a mechanic to check it out.
Here are the details on the car...
5/12 inspection... so yes, it was just inspected
163k Miles
2.0L I4 engine which runs great and gets 39mpg consistently, No smoke, ticks, knocks, or leaks of any kind!
5spd manual transmission, shifts like a hot knife though butter!
yellow exterior, paint isn't prefect does have some scratch's and there are a couple dents in passenger side fender.
Charcoal interior is in good condition just needs a good cleaning.
A/C works great and is ice cold!!! Hot heat too!
Power windows, locks, steering ect...
Keyless entry with remote
Cruise control
New tires with about 4k miles on them.
Aftermarket CD player & I do have the stock CD player to go with car.
Things that I replaced when the clutch was done...
-Pressure plate
-clutch disc
-Flywheel was resurfaced
-slave cylinder
-rear main seal, "did not need replacing but figured I'd do it anyway while I was there".
-Transmission was filled with Syncromesh manual trans fluid when put back in car.
-inner tie rod end on passenger side was replaced, I do have a new inner tie rod end for drivers side to go with car...I bought 2 even though only one needed replacing.
