- D2 racing coilovers
- No A/C
- No P/S (due to wiring)
- CEL due to misfire and evap
The OP's post contradicts everything you just said. This car is a prime example of a polished turd; but hey at least it looks nice.

No, it once looked nice. It now will need probably a complete front end paint job, and obviously that has to be blended into the doors, and than trying to get the rear bumper to match the rest. The car ideally needs a complete re-spray, and a lot of work to get the bumpers to fit right with the flares. Not to mention all the other issues, and accident history.
I'm not just bashing, I've had 9. This is not worth more than $8k, and that is a stretch.

And it doesn't have any bumpers included in the sale? Wtf man. $11k is out of line considering the amount of work this car needs. It looks like a pos as it sits.
