yes the fog lights are a separate wiring harness that goes from the battery to the inline fuse to a relay to the pass fog then the driver fog then to the ground. and are know for melting they came with the head lights so it probably not what your thinking

Fuse should pop before wires melt everytime... somethings not right. GLWS.

or the company messed up the wire harness its nothing with the car i no that for sure
