Description: Up for sale is my 2005 Acura RL sedan. It is black on black with SH-AWD. Odometer reads 146125 miles - I am currently driving so it will go up slightly. No major accidents or repairs done. It has no mechanical issues, runs great. This car actually has great acceleration for the size of the vehicle. I have serviced it regularly myself, changed oil every 3,000 miles religiously, and serviced the transmission, front gear box, and rear diff multiple times with Honda genuine fluids only. I have maintained the vehicle and replaced various parts with no major mechanical failures since my ownership or prior (to my knowledge). I am the second owner and I have service records from the original owner of all maintenance performed since its purchase. I have maintained the vehicle's interior and exterior in a clean stock condition. Here's the rundown of the vehicle:

Exterior: Nighthawk Black Pearl Paint in fair condition. It was purchased from northern VA so it has the standard bumps, dings, and scrapes that you expect from up there. There are some small spots of paint fade and clear coat chipping occurring but overall I think the exterior is in decent condition. It has the rare optional rear lip spoiler. Cross-drilled and slotted rotors and performance brake pads - great condition with a little over 5,000 miles on them. Biggest mod is the stance: it's lowered on H&R springs and stock struts; 1" in rear and a little over 1" in the front. The tires are in fair to poor condition, with little tread remaining and dry-rot beginning to set in. New tires need to be in its near future. The stock rims are in fair condition, with some curb rash on several of them.

Engine: Stock 3.5L V6. Heat-wrapped headers down to the collector - rare treatment for these cars. Recently replaced air filter. Recently replaced idler and tensioner pulleys and belts.

Interior: Stock Ebony Leather. Seats all in great condition, no wear, rips, tears, or fading on any of them. I have an upgraded Acura genuine wood grain shift knob that will be included if the asking price is met (best offer price will receive the stock shift knob, as pictured). Small wear mark in driver's floor mat; all other floor mats in great condition. Navigation unit in good working order. Installed bluetooth module with adapter harness into stock radio for streaming audio from phone or other bluetooth device; all other audio inputs work and you can operate volume and skip features from steering wheel controls via bluetooth. There is no Aux input, only bluetooth streaming. Optional protective trunk pan liner will be included if asking price is met, best offer will not. Keyless entry and start work great. AC blows cold.

This car is my baby. I searched a longtime for a black on black in decent shape. So why am I selling? I've got an expanding family and I need down payment for a newer, bigger SUV. I have WELL over a grand in suspension modification, brakes, headers, etc. I honestly feel the car is worth more than what I'm asking. I'm not particularly interested in any trades, but I will consider all trade offers. I accept cash only with no partial payment or installments. I am fairly firm in the asking price, but I will entertain all offers.
