Description: I'm looking for a Honda Accord or civic for my younger brother for his first car. He needs an automatic, cosmetically we're not worried about the paint but don't have time to fix anything up. I understand the car is going to be older so the interior won't be perfect but is can't be completely horrible.He has $1500 saved up.
