Looking for DD Manual Honda Civic - No Mechanical Problems Around $5000

My Story:
Basically I need a car either today (Friday) or tomorrow (Saturday) I am a delivery driver who just totaled my GTI (loved that car more than I could ever love a woman) Need a new car so I can get back to work! I know the storm is coming and that might hinder things but I'm ready to BUY! My insurance just cut me the check and if I'm interested in your car I will need you to come with me to my bank to sign the title over because my bank will not release the check until they have a title in hand.A
Description:
Prefer a Honda Civic or possibly an Accord (Got something else? try me)
Must be manual
Must have NO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS (Car must be reliable and driveable)
Must get good to moderate gas mileage
Must NOT TAKE 93
Car can modded or not (I used to drive an 07 GTI so I obviously love fast)
