Looking to buy clean dd civic ex/integra coupe

Description: looking to buy a clean civic ex/integra coupe. with dual cams no single cams unless their boosted, no major body damage nor electrical problems.
also car has to have a good 2013 inspection.
Must be lowered with nice rims.
