K20Z1 EG Hatch + 2000 Boosted Civic SI EBP for your?

Hey, well I am trying to trade my Kseries hatch and my boosted EM1 for something super clean; would prefer a Evo, STI, IS300, TSX, TL, RSX something in those boundries, has to be clean and good for daily driver and have A/C.....I know what both of my cars are worth, feel free to offer if you think its worth my time. They both drive. Hatch does need a new clutch which I will inlcude a Clutchmaster 6puck clutch. Well here is the run down to both cars

I don’t like how the previous owner cut the bumper
I recommend a tune is running on 4psi right now(previous owner said it was tuned to 20psi; However I don’t trust it, unless I tune it myself)
Car has no A/C or Powersteering but it can be put back(IDK why the previous took it out in the first place)
Headgasket was replaced <actually a good thing lol; but a camseal is leaking oil(might be fixed if I have the time)
