i mean ill take any year from 92 up but i prefer a 96 and it doesnt have to be in prestine condition but not beat to shit neither

What I'm getting at...is that 700 is nothing.

Hell, bone stock civics go for 2500 to 3000 because they run forever, are cheap to fix, and get 35mpg.

I would sell you my 2000 Civic Ex coupe at bone stock for 2700...but that's 2000 over your budget.
