Honda, Acura, etc. Can spend up to 10k for something fresh

I am willing to spend up to 10 thousand. I do, however, live in Charleston, SC. I am willing to travel half way or even the whole way, depending on the circumstances. It's hard to find any clean and fresh cars down here.
I want an all motor car, clean exterior and interior. AC/PS. I would prefer semi low miles on the motor/chassis. Cosmetics are ok, as long as they're done tastefully. Let me know what you got! I prefer eg hatches, ek hatches, si's, tegs with jdm front, etc. But I am open to hear what you have.
