Clean Built LS/VTEC turbo EK hatch...

Trades: Open to all offers, but I really would rather sell due to my financial situation! Trade value would be higher than a cash sale. The car is only priced cheap because I need money!! This is my 1996 Honda Civic Hatch. The car is currently street tuned and runs perfect with no issues whatsoever. I drive this car all the time, it does not smoke, tick, overheat, etc. The motor sounds very healthy and the build only has about 10k on it. The waterpump/timing belt were also replaced at the time of the build/swap. There is no rust at all on the body, It is clean inside/out and very well maintained. I wash/wax this thing a ridiculous amount because I am OCD about my car being clean. The oil is changed every 2,500 miles with Royal Purple since the build. I also only use Shell gas (93 octane). I am only selling because I need the money for personal things going on in my life right now. Whoever buys this car will NOT be disappointed!
