Clean 99-00 civic si or 96-00 Hatchback 5k to spend

Im looking for something clean DD I only have 5k to spend don't ask me to add anymore then what I got.
Needs to have : a clean swap either gsr or b16 domestic or jdm.
Paint has to be in good condition and interior needs to be in all working condition no busted pos thanks.
