Description: I have 3000$ to spend and am Looking for a 95-00 clean civic coupe, with a 1.6 vtec. If swapped ? must be clean. A few mods are ok. Not looking for anything actually "built" or swapped really. Lowered, intake, exhaust, lights, lips etc is fine. Dont want any junk! hmu
