Clean 94 civic ex

Description: I have a 94 civic ex automatic
This car will not start
i dont know why it cranks and everything
i have replaced the motor with a d16y7 (98,000) motor has compression like it had from the factory
replaced fuel injectors
replaced ecu
replaced wiring harness
replaced under hood fuse box
it still wont start
exterior10/10
the paint is only 4 months old (milano red)
has all new brakes
interior 9/10
no rips or tears
4 new tires
has the full exhaust redone
i need this car gone
