CIVIC VX HATCH SOHC VTEC-E!

Description:
I have a 1992 honda civic hatch 5 speed d15z1 vtec-e in fairly good condition, as it is it is my daily driver from school to work and anywhere in between, i love his car.
As gas prices are, i fill it up with 22-25 dollars and can go for about a week and a half if not more, about 38 mpg. Approaching 140,xxx on body. Also have 3 keys for this car.
Just want to see what offers i get for this. TESTING WATERS.

Really want at least 3k for this. NEEEEEEED the money or trade for something HONDA!
ENGINE... D15z1 vtec-e with roughly 40,xxx on rebuild. Short Ram intake. Has exhaust, is loud but not ricey. Very deep. New A/C compressor and belt, just needs recharging, A/C blew 59 degrees when it worked. New alternator about a month ago and front brakes. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT! Was an army mechanic who owned this car prior to me.
INTERIOR... 7/10 i would say, it was redone before i owned it, but its decent. Nothing to complain about. Has 2 JL 12's in box with 800 watt amp(375 + reg price if you want these) they hit real hard, nice clear bass though, also has bass control knob, alpine head unit, infinity door and rear speakers. Has backseat but one doesn't fold down, need pliers. Little rip in drivers seat. Carpet could use some re installing. Doesn't have a lock switch on drivers side door panel but i got a lot of interior parts from pick n pull that will go with the car.
EXTERIOR... 7/10 as well, NO RUST ON QUARTER PANELS!!! A little unnoticeable spot under rear window though. Matte black paint. Rear bumper is not on right now, will be soon, like this weekend, the car used to have a body kit on it but that HAD to go haha. A pretty big dent in drivers side door, but will be getting a new one soon. Also a little dent in passengers side front fender.
WHEELS... Has 18'' Racing Hart C4 rims. With 3 great tires. One is plugged. Going to get another set soon if not sold or traded.
SUSPENSION... Is on some no name coil overs, not eBay i don't think. It would be a less bumpy ride without the big rims though. I'm not going to lower it unless i get smaller rims, so yes right now its about stock height. New tie rods as well.
TRADES....(****must be 5 speed and vtec but if not, must be dohc, unless its real clean****) del sol, another eg hatch, ek hatch, ek coupe, integra, DOHC ef hatch or DOHC crx.
