looking to buy a civic ex between the years or 96 and 00 if i am lucky. im working with 3100 and below to spend. selling my car this week so im tryin to find another vehicle in the mean time. i would like the vehicle to have minor to no issues and that can be a daily for me. manual tranny is a must. also would like it to be white but doesnt have to be. i just like the color. let me know what you have.
