History

I bought this car from a large local Ford dealership (Apple Ford) in Maryland on January 15, 2010. The car had 36,6xx miles on it and only one previous owner when I purchased her, making it a two owner car now. The car is paid off & I have the clean title in hand. In addition, she is accident free. The car was lightly modified during my two years of ownership but has since been returned to mostly stock. Modifications included I/H/E, coilovers and a professional tune. I purchased a high mileage 2003 S2000 several months ago because I wanted something slightly different and cheaper, so I’m selling this 2007 S2000 as a result.

The overall condition of this car is fair. There is a lot that is cosmetically wrong with this car, but the way she runs and drives is a 10/10.

Modifications & Notes

• K&N FIPK short ram intake installed. The stock intake will be included with the sale.
• Does not have a head unit installed. I can include a stock AP1 head unit.
• Do not have floor mats. Car originally did not come with them.
• The wheels are from the 04-05 S2000 which appear different than the 06-07 wheels, but have the same specifications.
• The tires are Falken Azenis RT-615K in the staggered sizes of 225/255 with approximately 40% tread remaining.
• Heat shield for exhaust manifold (headers) not installed, but I will include the heat shield in the sale.
• Most of the trunk liner is stripped, but I will include the liner in the sale.

The Good

• Mechanically, this car has been meticulously maintained and I have never had even a whiff of a problem with the car in that respect. I used Amsoil for the Oil & Diff, Honda MTF for the transmission and super blue ATE in the clutch and brake master cylinders.
• My schedule was as follows: Oil every 4000 miles, diff & transmission every other oil change, clutch master cylinder refilled every 5000 miles and brake master cylinder as needed. All fluids were changed when I purchased the car as well as spark plugs.

The Bad (Everything's Pictured)

• All four fenders have been rolled. The front fender liners have been cut in by approximately 2 inches. The front fender roll is less than perfect.
• The driver side rear quarter panel was Bondo’d and repainted by the previous owner. The Bondo caused the paint to crack which resulted in a deep scratch. The fender roll on the same quarter panel also resulted in some very fine cracks in the paint that are not visible without sticking your head in the wheel well.
• The soft top has been patched in three places. One patch is over the driver side soft top striker and the other two are in the common problem locations. The patches are functional but ugly.
• Side strakes were installed and removed. Holes from the installation are now visible.
• The trunk lid has holes in it from a previously installed OEM wing. The holes are covered. There’s also a dent on the top of the trunk lid which has rusted.
• The passenger side airbag cover has a stain on it.
• The center console cup holder door does not slide properly.
