B20b P8R Civic Sedan Low and Slow

Description: I have a 97 civic sedan that is lowered with no wheel gap all the way around and a b20b P8R head swapped in. The swap was done by Brian and Taylor with Slightly Modified a couple months ago and only has about 50,000 miles on it. This is my DD and has never left me on the side of the road once. I love this car but I really want a RWD like a 240 but I know there is a slight chance I will get a trade offer for one now onto the mods....
Engine:
JDM B20b w/ P8R Head
Ls intake manifold and transmission (grinds going in 3rd)
type R shift linkage (J-Spec just hands it out like candy)
Skunk 2 short shifter
oem axles, clutch, flywheel, etc.
AEM short ram intake
DC Sports ceramic coated header 4-2-1
magnaflow cat back exhaust
Cat put on to suppress the ridiculous exhaust leak it had
Suspension and Wheels:
Function and Form type 1's
Si LCA's
Drag Dr-16 rims 16x7 with Raptor tires (cool ass name)
No rubbing at all
Interior:
All Stock besides JDM red stitching boot and Brass Knuckle shift knob (420g)
sticker bombed (sorta) Wink mirror, have stock mirror and visors to throw in
Exterior:
Type R Lip (pretty cheap but it works)
Password JDM yellow fogs with wiring kit and switch put in about a year ago and still no problems
JDM black housing headlights (Ebay.. don't have 650 to throw at headlights that are "real")
have red tow hook if you want it.. it sits on my dresser collecting dust and being rice

saw this like a week ago somewhere in richmond. i was in a silver is300, you waved at me i think. car looked clean though glws
