99 Honda Civic Si EM1 MR

Description:
1999 Honda Civic Si (EM1)
Interior and Exterior are super clean
No rust or dents
Clean VA Title
CarFax will show a reconstructed title in PA because interior parts (door panels & seats & cluster) were stolen.
Motor & Tranny are original. as well as all the body parts.
Miles Unknown because cluster was taken obviously. The SiR cluster that is on it reads 106,xxx
Judging by it not burning any oil and by looking at the timing belt, I would say it def has less than 100,xxx on it
Yes AC is Ice cold and power steering is there as well.
