99 civic coupe EX cheap

Ive found the car that I want to buy so I have to let this one go to get the money for the down payment. The car is a ex model so it comes fully loaded. All the options work just as they had from factory. The AC was just recharged and blows ice cold, the driver window regulator was just replaced "common on ek". previous owner had put new tires on the car 8 months ago as well as a new muffler. Only mechanical down fall is that the oil drain plug leaks do to shop not putting a washer on it at last oil change "will be fixed at next oil change".
The car is a 5 speed with 157K original miles, no smoke, no noise, ect.. This is a sound car, perfect for a build or a DD.
Im really not looking for any trades unless its a street bike , but even then ill probably turn the offer down.
