Description: I have a 1999 Civic Si (EM1) with 149,000 miles(chasis) with a built B16 turbo (5k miles). Still has PS but no CC or AC. Downside..the idle is rough(needs a real tune) could use some paint here and there but overall is pretty good shape, and could use a new front bumper eventually.
