Description: Looking to buy a 99 or 00 5-speed Ex coupe (preferably silver, but not a must) for $4k or less for a daily. Must be in working condition with ac/heat/ps. Not interested in any cars that haven't been properly maintained or that need work unless its something really small. Would prefer little to no cosmetic damage. Thanks!
