97 Honda Civic HX (100% stock) 45mpg Daily Driver

I have my 1997 Honda civic hx 1.6l e-vtec engine with 5 sp manual trans for sale or trade. I am a honda certified tech, everything on the car is working and 110% mechically. Some recent parts changed in the last 6 months.. Clutch, rear main seal, 4 tires, alignment, coolant/brake/oil/transmission/power steering fluids, valve adjustment, new axels, rear trailing arm bushings, cleaned erg ports, motor mounts, axels, brakes ( front and rear) and everything else is perfect. Timing belt, plugs and wires were done 2 years ago. Just passed va state safety and emissions with flying colors again last week. The car has 162k miles and body Is not the greatest from city life due to dings/dents/scratches and such, but no major damage. It has power window and locks with great working ac/heat, also has an updated alpine cd player. I average just over 40mpg combined city/hwy driving, and on road trips it's easy to get 45+ mpg (look it up). I have 3 cars and am just looking for something different, even something that my be worth more but may need some work. Again, this car needs nothing and I don't need to get rid of it, just seeing what else is out there
