im not understanding why this is not built, it's been bored over to fit 81.5mm pistons its got a ported head, maybe stock valvetrain but in my eyes i call this built, maybe you don't anyways glws dude as i'm a 4dr owner too..

if you dont want people to bitch about how it isnt fully built. maybe post all the internals instead of the half ass post you have. just saying. a gsr head does not constitute as fully built. it is built quite some bit from what you say. but FULLY is an overstatement from what youve posted.
