96 Acura Integra b16a Vtec rebuild

Up for sale my 96 Acura Integra LS body, b16a VTEC motor , miles on dash 209,000 Just rebuild the motor 2 weeks ago , New high press. Pistons, new timing belt, new water pump , new oil pump, all gaskets are new, new sparkplug cables, has intake (ebay), has HID lights , LS meshes good Kumo tires , lower springs, I spent 350.00 on rebuild kit about 500.00 on machineshop and 300 on labor . You know rebuild engines you have to wait 2,000 miles for everything to sit on its place on engine , so i drive it like a queen. Ooo and has SYNTHETIC oil I roll with the best spent around 120.00 on oil coolant sparkplugs etc. skunk 2 shifter very very clean interior, powered windows sunroof , tinted windows, body has NO rust but paint is 50/50 last owner painted it with spray paint? Smh anyways very clean car. Hate to sell it but I need to pay 650.00$ to DMV and 400$ to court Im getting married in December so I need to Get a suv..
