95 eg hatch w/ jdm b20b

Trades: a full obd1 h22 swap (putting it in my 95 accord) all trades are considered though, let me know what you got.

Description: 95 civic hatch with 221k on body, between 30-40k on the swap
clean title and inspection is 07/13

Engine:
jdm b20b, I have the paperwork for it
4-1 header with custom exhaust
jdm b18b tranny, milage unknown (between 60-80k)
brand new stage 2 clutch, less than 1k on it
new timing belt, water pump, and rebuilt cv axles

Body:
i'd say it's 3/10 lots of dings and very little rust
needs new hood and driver fender
2001 si rims with decent tires 80% thred left
amber corner lights and mugen replica front lip

Suspension:
koni yellow ground control (less than 1k on them)
eibach lowering springs and top hats in the front (less than 1k on them)
new tie rods, inner and outer
New drilled and slotted rotors
new brake pads and shoes
new caliper on the drivers side and new wheel cylinders on the back

Interior:
all black, completely stock, a small cigarette burn in the driver seat but thats how i bought it
manual windows and locks work fine

THE BAD:
spedometer doesnt work, I dont have the time to replace it since i've gotten a new project.

-price is negotiable for cash in hand, low ballers WILL be trolled, i know what i put into this car and i just need to cut my loses.
