Explain "fully built" in detail for me...and is there any paper work backing this?

When you say fully built you`re making a large claim without even mentioning what all goes into a "fully built" engine.

-whats it tuned on?
-Is it even tuned?
-how long has it been boosted?
-what types of number has it put down?

The lack of info is killin ya here.

judging by the cheap turbo kit i would say the motor is more than likely stock but hey i could be wrong

If i were a betting man i`de put my money on stock, whole reason i asked is this thread smells fishier than a can of tuna.

I would also put money on the OP never coming back to prove his claim....and that cage being a bolt in death trap.

my guess for fully built would be "head studs, cometic head gasket and MAYBE valve springs
