95 Civic Coupe Ls/Vtec swap

Price: $3000/Trade for bike (willing to add cash!)
Description: I have a two door 95 Civic coupe for sale with a full Ls/vtec swap. Selling because I'm not into hondas. It is a b18 block with a b16(?) vtec head (off a '99 civic I believe). The transmission is a b16. Engine probably has less than 10,000 miles on it after rebuild. (I didn't build the engine, so I don't have the paper work. But did have it apart and everything is in VERY good condition!!)
The good Features:
*GETTING PAINTED THIS WEEK*
New Head Gasket
New Flywheel/Clutch
Gsr/ Type R water pump and Timing Belt/tensioner
Gsr Oil Pump
Chipped and TUNED p28 ECU (tuned specifically to the engine)
P30 pistons
17in rims (all "new" USED tires from Hectors)
Newer suspension
New Radiator
New clutch slave cylinder
New brake master cylinder
All new brakes(Front and back)
New Axles
New Starter
After market speakers
Integra Ls Front Seats
Integra Ls center console
The BAD "features":
Overheated, (had to get the head milled but it's golden now!)
Integra center console doesn't line up with the dash, leaving an exposed area (iPad spot perhaps??)
Has a "fart muffler"
Also, it does not have A/c or power steering hooked up
This car has been basically entirely rebuilt. The "bad" I will slowly be fixing, and as I do price will go up.
Firm on the price because I am not in a hurry to sell. Also will consider trades for a street bike, preferably a Gsxr '04 or newer, willing to add cash if newer/has low miles etc.
